"Unprofessional Process and Poor Communication" I interviewed at Odysseus Solutions in October 2024. The process consisted of 4 rounds: 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round. I successfully cleared the first 2 technical rounds and then proceeded to the HR round, where all discussions seemed to conclude. However, four days later, HR informed me that the manager wanted to conduct an additional technical round. I was surprised that another round was scheduled after the HR round, but I completed the managerial round without issues. After that, there was no feedback. When I followed up via email, it took 15 days to finally receive a response. Overall, my experience was disappointing. The communication was poor, and the HR representative was unprofessional and came across as rude, behaving as though they were doing me a favor by considering my application.
