I had a phone call with the CEO where I was asked a mix of questions about my personal and professional experience. Then I was invited to the office to interview with the CEO and another Project Manager. I was asked a lot of standard behavioral questions, was asked about my how I've demonstrated various soft skills and was asked what I could contribute to the office. I didn't have a lot of the technical skills associated with the job, but they were open to training me and were very flexible. The atmosphere was comfortable and the questions were relevant and fair. Overall, it was a positive experience!
