The interview process was really thorough but so enjoyable. By the end of it I felt like the team had a really great sense of who I was. I was also assigned someone to guide me through the process. Egle was so supportive and guided me through each stage effortlessly. I felt completely at ease and supported, and really valued how much she checked up on me. She also understood that I was quite time restricted for the process so made sure that my feedback after each interview was as quick as it could be. In total it was only 11 days from submitting my application to being offered the job, and it was very refreshing to hear back so quickly. Each person who interviewed me was genuinely interested in the process and I felt as though they wanted to see the best in everyone. I would say that the whole application process was fun and enjoyable, but only because I had a genuine passion for the company and the role. I made sure to do my research and be prepared as possible so this is a must. Submit online form + CV -> phone call to go through logistics and arrange 1st stage interview -> first stage interview 30 mins --> Group Assessment "Discovery Day" 2 hours 30 mins --> final 30 minute interview.
