Fair process with several interview sessions over multiple days. Interviewed with several members of the existing team representing sales, marketing, finance & accounting, delivery, and executive leadership. Sessions were relatively relaxed but definitely probed for expertise, potential fit, and consulting and technical experience. Overall a relatively pleasant process, but also knew and understood they were vetting my fit in a thorough fashion.
