You will phone screen then you will come in for a face to face. During the face to face you will meet with the hiring manager. If that goes well you will shadow with the other recruiters.

Primarily, the questions asked was about personal drive, what your own goals would be, and experience when it came to inbound/outbound calls and administrative experience. Typical questions as well about work history.

Entretien
In person with a manager, then a large group one with all the employees. I wasn't asked a single question about my background or accomplishments. It was all personality related and I was mostly ignored during the group interview, the employees just joked among themselves. I got the feeling they were just looking for a culture match and not interested in who had the right skills.
