The interview was virtual with several phone stages and a recorded portion but overall was pretty direct and quick. Got an offer within a couple weeks. You do not interview directly with the people you will be working with in the lab or wherever, you interview with HR from ORAU. My supervisor had no say in the hire (and made that apparent) so research who you will be working with to ensure it is a good fit.
