Applied online for the Claims Analyst role. I talked with the Recruiter three times and scheduled an interview to come in 2 days later. The interview was 3 hours long and consisted of talking with 5 individuals, The VP of Claims, VP of UW, a Claims Analyst, Claims Manager and the recruiter again. The office space was nice and the people all were nice but everyone seemed skeptical and guarded as to why I would want to work there coming from a larger company.
