There's a 3 step interview process. The 1st was a brief preliminary interview one day and then I was asked back for the 2nd on another day. The 2nd is a full day shadowing of which you get to see the position in action, transparent of exactly what it is. The 3rd was at the end of the 2nd and I was able to sit back down with the manager and ask them anything about the position and company.
