Entretien
Directly went to on-site interview with 3 developers in the same room. They take turns asking computer science questions from a checklist (eg. OO concepts, etc.). Then there's some SQL stuff. If you struggle on a question they will give you hints. They are very friendly and there isn't too much pressure. Unfortunately the pay was very low so I took another offer, but they were very understanding and wished me luck.

Entretien
I applied for the position and got a response later. Got a call asking if i could come in a few days, easy because downtown toronto. Went in way overdressed because government finance organization but interviewers joked it off and we had a good laugh at it.
Interviewers were very friendly and understanding. C, OO-Programming, SQL questions along with pseudocode on paper.
Walking out of the interview they said i would have the offer emailed to me the next week. Me being the paranoid person i was thought i missheard it because despite my enjoyment in the interview i thought it was my worst so far.
Next week i got the offer.

The questions are not hard and very fair so i wont post them. but iwill say for the more academic questions if you dont know the term but know what it is,explain what it is, they are understanding and are not out to shoot you for not knowing.

Entretien
Got the interview through my university job posting site (They only hire for this position from McMaster and UofT). Got called in to come in for a 45 minute interview on site downtown Toronto. You meet with 3 programmers, they ask you technical questions for 45 minutes. Thought the interview went poorly but I heard back with an offer from them very quickly, within a couple days.
