Interview process was quick and straightforward, HR was friendly and they asked case questions. Afterwards they asked how will you improve the customer service and what u will do. Overall the process was quick and smooth.

Interviewed regional manager with HR present. Talked about banking related products and the environment of the job. HR then said that they will call back again if they want to extend a job offer. Received the call from HR about the job offer a few hours later.

Entretien
I go for the walk-in interview. They helped explaining in great length regarding the Personal Banker Programme and help me understand on the situation that i might face and possible challenges.
Had an interview with two managers at a local OCBC bank , the experience was pleasant . The interviewers are friendly . It was a more casual , relaxed interview compared to other interviews I’ve been through .
