This company was my first job and even first interview. My initial interview was with the server manager. He asked me a few questions about my past experience, which was very slim at the time, and my work ethic. It went well so the next day I met with the general manager, he asked me few more in depth questions and I started within 2 days. Great first job. They promoted me within two weeks because of my strong work ethic.

Can easily get an interview once all requirements are met during application process. They answered within one day and the interview is usually only 30 minutes. The Manager was nice as well.

I’ve set up and gone in for several interviews only to be told that they don’t have time. If they don’t have time to do the interview then they shouldn’t set it up in the first place.

I went in as I haven't had a job before, I shook the hand of the hostess, she got me a meeting with the manager, and then we set up an interview. It was very easy. I am also only sharing this bexcause this website is making me.
