Applied online. They sent me an email invitation to take an exam. They never bothered calling me just an email. Went to their office on the exam date. The exam consisted of questions about a bunch of stuff a normal undergraduate would not know. It also included questions that were not covered on the first three actuarial exams. I thought it was total BS. After I took the exam the company just ghosted me. No contact whatsoever. Its seems like the company is filled with a bunch of Chinese people. 90% of the applicants that took the exam that day were Chinese people. I do not think I would have enjoyed working their if hired.

First round was 2-hour testing process, consisted questions ranging from probability, statistics, to financial mathematics and programming questions. Second round was 3 one-on-one on-site interview with each member in the team, the total interview was about 2 hours as well.
