It is an interview at first with management and then it would include a group of your peers that would ask you certain questions That would be almost situational review

Straightforward interview process with NH recruiter who was very knowledgeable. Had a follow up interview with upper management. Both had questions regarding fit and company culture and shared goals for this position.
