Two interviews total. First one is simply getting to know you, seeing if you have the communication skills necessary for the job. Second one is more about your previous work experiences and how it applies to this job. Going over challenges in previous jobs, strengths, weaknesses, and problem solving skills. They are extremely nice and relatable people that interview you and calm the nerves.
