Even though that rejection reason is not in the job listing, anyways, I have solid "commercial" experience and I worked in mobile development teams "too". (for iOS: since 2008. Note that, be aware that before that date, publishing to App Store was only possible by Apple. I have been working in teams since 1997. I have been contacting and negotiating with "commercial" customers directly since 2001, including CEO level meetings. I have lead different kinds of teams too.) You either have to completely accept that you had been completely wrong with all of your replies OR you have to share "EXACT" reason with interviewees. I already answered your email and I have nothing to add to that. (This review is not new, it has been written at the same time I wrote my reply.)

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. Feedback always helps us improve. HR don't claim to be technical experts. However there are technical and systems criteria we look when interviewing - esp for Senior level iOS and Android roles. These are not key/ buzz words - instead those being interviewed (especially at senior level) need to be able to comfortably discuss their experience, across a number of areas. We have been getting some extra interview coaching from our great team of mobile developers (who better to help us get it right :-) However technology / processes always changes, so if we did misinterpret an answer or indeed send unclear feedback, we do apologise. Given MTT's mobile travel focus, what remains constant is our need for solid "commercial" experience, working in mobile development teams (iOS/ Android). If you wish to discuss again, feel free to contact a member of our team and we will be happy to talk further.
