The interview process was easy. One interview with the owner and manager. They asked 5 questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years was one of them. The others were regarding your values.

It was Super simple, for me it was a phone interview, but while I was working there, I could see the average interview was a “practice run” where you’d come into the shop and work hands on for a day while they ask you questions. it’s more of a get to know you interview and so by letting you get the hands on approach you can decide for yourself if it’s something you’d like before actually committing to the job.
