It was over zoom and super easy! Everyone was nice and asked very basic interview questions. I was looking more for a finance position and not so much insurance information but they seemed like very nice people.

Very kind people, genuinely want you to be there. Both first and second round interviews were really pleasant and gave descriptions about what job would look like. They did cancel my interview twice, once for a golf tournament, but good interviewing experience.
The interview process is really laidback. Someone will contact you to get the interview process started. It is only behavioral questions and then the interviewer will describe the position in further detail.

Meet with a recruiter for initial interview and then have another second round interview to filter down candidates. All done over zoom or teams and similar to most other interviews in the field.
