The recruiter I talked to seemed very engaged in my story and interactive. Overall, this helped me to become more relaxed during the process. I did the second interview the very next day and during this discsussion, I was informed a little bit more about what the job itself entails, what their culture was like as well as some of the strategies for obtaining new clients. Apart from this, the conversation seemed to flow naturally, and we were able to talk for an hour as the recruiter was forced to cut it off since he had another meeting afterward. Overall, great process, fast and efficient.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
