Met a recruiter at a college career fair and we began talking. Soon I received an e-mail asking to come in for an interview. I did not know much about the job at the time. They asked mostly behavioral questions and it was very easy. They require you to come up with about 100 names to prove you know potential clients. They called afterwards to set up a group interview in which they explained the job in detail to everyone. It was very casual. It seems as though they want you to take the job more than you will probably want to take the job.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
