J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual en févr. 2015
Entretien
I met the intern coordinator at a career and internship fair at my university. He looked over my resume and scheduled an interview. I had an interview with a financial representative. It was very informal as far as interviews are concerned. He asked me what I knew about the company, what I see myself doing in the future, if I go up to people and ask them for help when I need it, etc. Then he asked what questions I had and essentially let me pick his brain and he walked me through his experience. It was more of a conversation than an interview.

Question 1
What do you expect to be doing as an intern on a daily basis?
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
