I sent in my resume and followed up to set an initial meeting with the head recruiter. There was a total of 2 interviews (one with the recruiter and one with the director of operations) and an offer over the phone.

They went a little too in-depth when asking questions about my personal life.
Did about 5 rounds, 2 of which were in person then got ghosted. Followed up twice with no response, the team did react to my linkedin post when I got a new job too which was weird.

Entretien
There was a 3-step interview process. I met with the Managing Partner and HR in the 3rd round for a presentation.
Everyone was very helpful and information about the role.
