The interview process is a 3 step process. One phone interview and 2 zoom/in person interviews. The last interview you have to give a presentation of your why. Its very easy if you are good at talking to people and can communicate your skills well.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
