I applied on line, they got back to me after few days,I had a short talk with HR and then they scheduled an interview with the nurse manager. I had an hour interview with the nurse manager on the floor. She explained about the position, gave me a little tour and then the interview started

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
