This was an interesting one. I interviewed three times and in one met the entire team. Then I was called by the in-house recruiter and told they were not moving forward with me as a candidate and no reason why. Then a week later I received an email from the hiring manager saying they have not made any final decisions and they would be in touch. Apparently lines got crossed and I was rejected a second time. I’ve been in HR for 22 years and never seen anything like this. If you are up for this role I would rethink it. They are obviously extremely unprofessional.
