Well-organized process. First spoke with talent aquistion on a brief phone interview. Then in person, I met with HR and management on the same day. Which was then followed by a tour of the unit I was interviewing for.

it was simple and went well. just be yourself and you’ll be fine. they’re really understanding and will make you feel comfortable. they interview process was long but got the offer in the end

Why this speciality and how can you overcome difficulties?
1 interview with HR on the phone then 1 virtual interview with a doctor and then a final interview in person at the office I would be working at with another doctor.

Multilevel interview, takes longer that expected or explained.
Complicated process with unexpected surprises. If you have never worked in hospital system and unaware of steps, expect to be lost and confused about the interview and onboarding process.
