-Interviewers were not prepared- did not review my resume prior and admitted to that during interview- but expected me to be prepared by asking me to tell them about the position based on a few links with information sent. -Interviewers never said their take on what the position was and what they were looking for in a coordinator. I thought this was very unprofessional and disorganized as compared to other interviews I have done. - Online interview- Interviewers made sure they saw me on video but did give me access to see them on video and I did state I could not see them when they asked for me to activate video. I think this was also very unprofessional. - I could be wrong but I did not get a good impression regarding the respect for my lengthy experience. I got the sense as if the agency I worked for was undervalued by them. Trust me I have years of services and sacrifice in this are and beyond in social work and it was a big let down that my proposed supervisors lacked value for that. This response provided me with my answer if I received an answer from them. - They said I would definitely hear from them shortly but I never did.
