Got an interview through a referral. Hiring manager contacted me 2 weeks later and offered me the position. The interviewer was very professional and courteous and asked me about my experience with the tasks that the position would require me to complete. I had peripheral knowledge in regards to the position and was up front about my lack of experience in other fields.
