The interview process was just like any other interview, first you do an on demand video, they ask three questions, introduce yourself, why nursing, and what kind of fellowship would you be interested in. Then a phone interview and lastly a face to face interview.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
