They asked me about research that I included on my resume. They asked about my experience and gave me a unit tour and introduced me to staff. They asked if I am interested in continuing my education. They asked why I chose my nursing specialty and what qualities I bring to it.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
