The overall process was interesting if somewhat prolonged. I had a number of one-on-ones with several employees at various different levels within the company.
My only complaint would be that they seemed somewhat disorganized and uncertain as to their own timeline. I suppose that this is, in some ways, not unusual for any organization beyond a certain size.
While they ultimately did not offer me the position, I still found the process valuable and appreciated that everyone I met with was cordial and open.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews
- First with Research Directors, who you would be reporting to.
- Second with VP
Focused on learning more about you and your research experience, expanding on your resume, behavioural questions
In the end, after verbally providing positive reviews, they disappeared and never got back about the decision. If you don't make it in, don't expect to ever hear from them. Poor interview etiquette.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions focused primarily around personal experiences and exposure to research.

Applied online, had an interview with two people, given an assignment, then had an interview with the president, then hired. In the assignment, I was given a bunch of numbers in Excel and asked some high-level questions about whether the company should move ahead with their product or not.
