Telephone interview based on knowledge of company. Sifted due to not meeting 'specific competencies'. This was not a competency-based interview, nor was it advertised as such. Emaile advised to that it would cover knowledge of the role, company and reasons for applying. All of this was covered in detail and I was informed that the next step was a competency-based interview.
