Applied online and after taking a psychometric test I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. Unfortunately it seems like they were having HR staffing issues so I didn’t get a call at the previously agreed to time. However I called the HR rep and she profusely apologized for not having reached out. I then went to an in-person interview at the branch which resulted in an offer within that same week.
