Basic screening call from HR, salary expectations, starting dates etc.
Called on site for an about 45min in person interview with hiring manager followed by basic geometric optics test for optical comprehension.
Reply provided within 1 week, negotiated salary once after receiving job offer

Two phone interview during two weeks , then on site interview next week after that,all of them are very friendly and professional. They started to ask about my background and how I think about their projects .Then I received job offer after 40 days.
