On-site interview with tour of facility. Very disorganized panel interview. Not many questions asked. All members of management mysteriously got called into a meeting at the same time when I was absolutely slaying the interview. Discussing quality and problem solving skills. I was proposed a different role that they would specifically make for me. Then when I followed up, I was offered a different role from that. In which they would pay me less than half of what I currently make. And it would have been a significant step down in my career. Going from mid career level to absolute entry level.( like temp hiring agencies staff these positions entry level)
