Group interviews. Like speed dating. Only could answer like 1-3 questions. Was not able to talk about the things I really do. It was fun but high pressure to impress someone in 3 mins. Becareful not to ramble and keep answers short and sweet.

The recruiter was very nice and approachable. The phone interview was about twenty minutes long and consisted of the average questions. The in person interview is now a round robin process with multiple interviewers and candidates at once instead of a panel like before.
