Entretien
First went through a phone interview and then had an in person interview at the store. It was a group interview and afterwards had to pick an item and try to sale it to the HR manager.

The most difficult aspect was it being a group interview because I was unaware it was going to be set up that way. However, the interviewer was very friendly and made sure everyone was given the chance to answer the question. Make sure to prepare for basic personality questions like " a time when you did not meet a goal".
The interview process was ok. It was a digital interview. Some of the questions threw me off. Come prepared about the company’s history. If your prepared you should be fine.

Very personable and overall encouraging interview experience beginning with portfolio/resume submission. Employees are wonderful people and the overall experience interviewing was streamlined and positive. I would highly recommend this experience and this company.

I met with HR where they asked a few basic interview questions. At the end, I had to do a selling exercise of different items. It was overall laid back, and they wanted to get a sense of if I could interact with customers
