Applied online. Received a call rather quickly. First interview was short telephone conversation/questions. Was asked to come to the store for interview.

Received a tour within the department. While on the tour, interviewer noted a tee-shirt that was a item the store was currently promoting. I was asked to demonstrate how I would sell that item to a customer, not knowing anything about the product other than what I observed of the item and display during the tour.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
