Phone screening, then follow up interview with a hiring manager and another tech writer (I was unaware she would be there).
Generally, a little disorganized in their interview. Didn't seem to know what questions they wanted to ask. Offered training during the interview but was rejected due to low experience?

Had an initial phone screening to discuss basic information and expectations before a zoom meeting to discuss my experience level. The zoom meeting lasted about 60 minutes for me, and the interviewer was very friendly.
