The interview process took about 1 month. First a phone interview then a one-on-one with the HR manager. HR manager was lovely, it felt more like a conversation than an interview. They really want to make you comfortable. She will ask you basic questions : Background, why Nielsen, some situation scenario, how you work as a team. Between the phone screening and the one-on-one you will have to complete a GMAT-like test online.
Final round is a case study. You will have an hour to prepare then you will meet with one of the Senior manager. She will ask you to explain her the case and detail your recommandation. There is no right or wrong answer, they simply want to know how you think. I didn't receive an offer but I have to admit that I was impress by the interview process, it was long but not painful at all. They let you know when an answer will be provided at every steps so you know exactly what to expect.
