Interviewed with the talent acquisition team, to answer general questions, then the head of growth for the second interview and finally the CMO for the final interview. The process was very relaxed, yet professional. It was more of a conversation than standard interview questions. The feeling I got was they knew exactly the type of person they were looking for and that a culture fit was as important as your skillset. The process took a couple weeks and they were very good about communicating throughout the process.
