The process was seamless and the recruiter I worked with was accommodating. The building is really nice and the amenities are great. The people around the office all looked happy to be there.

Dear Corporate,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on Friday, September 6th, 2019. Your description of the Operations Support Specialist position was very thorough and left me wanting to know more. I agree with what you said that it takes a certain individual to have effective communication skills and be coachable in this fast-paced environment.
I was definitely interested in your company’s Operational Support Strategies. As I stated when I met, with your team internally, I have four certifications/experience with this role and understand the culture, so it is vital that being aware of certain trends will benefit this organization in the long term.
I appreciate the wonderful opportunity but here is some additional feedback that will help future candidates. I believe the assessments should be before the first face-to-face initial interview, it was a quite extensive and long interview process.
When potential candidates are taking risks to pursue future career opportunities, all parties need to take into consideration, this particular feedback. The recruiter and I spoke thoroughly about the position and my experience, and the phone screening interview on August 30th, 2019 and first interview went great on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019. Although I didn’t pass the writing portion of the assessment after the first face-to-face initial interview, I feel that information can be misleading. The recruiter had already setup a second interview for Monday, September 9, 2019 at 10:45am and sent over a Company Benefits Package. I was already disqualified, even though I showcased a great deal of my experience.
There should be certain criteria/knockout questions/quiz a candidate should meet on the phone screening before even going into a face-to-face interview. In certain industries, we have to take time off and make a commute and I felt that with this position, an assessment was needed first to evaluate my skills/experience before moving forward.

The first interview was a 10 minute phone conversation. After that, the last two I had were in person. Both being over an hour long. The process wasn’t bad, but I had to reach out to them both times for follow ups on the hiring process. The whole process took over a month
