3 interviews, 2 assessments (one of which the HR individual forced me to have my camera and mic on while I took it like I was a child), repetitive interview questions, very disorganized (had to wait a week because the person who reviewed ONE of the assessments was on vacation. Not respectful of people’s time at all). Neither of the assessments had anything to do with the job. They also don’t do a normal reference check. They grill your references like they’re being interviewed for the job. All of this for $40.5 MAX. They’re more focused on playing games and “testing” employees rather than finding the right person to simply…answer calls and emails. On top of that, both NB and their parent company, Resident, have terrible reviews. They will absolutely waste your time for an embarrassing amount of money and not care.
