Had an initial interview with a recruiter and a second interview with a sales manager. Laid back process, it was an enjoyable experience overall. I was offered the job a week after second interview

The interview process consisted of a phone interview and an in person interview. Both interviews were straight forward and there were no "trick" questions. The interviewer made me feel at ease since the moment I walked in the room and he hinted that I would be offered the job by the end of the interview.

Pretty basic and typical interview, questions about experience, licensing and time in the industry. Also went into details about the company and what Newrez offers. Very informal especially if the market is hot.
