It was a very stuffy interview; one- on- one with management that seemed to be boring holes through you with their eyes. Be prepared for questions flying at you in reference to the traditional; for ie., length of time in the field, strength on the floor, knowledge of the menu and beverage selections including all beer, wine (glass and bottles,) and all specialty drinks currently posted including their ingredients and preparation.
