Filled out an online form and then waited to be contacted by NSW solutions. First they called for a one on one phone interview. Then they had me come in for an in person interview and to go over how the company works. From there I was offered the position to start as a factory representative.

Very simple and easy. Conversation with management and inquiries about previous experience which will be huge if you have that coming into this industry. Bring a resume and be prepared to role play a sales conversation.
