I only went to one interview because I wasn't interested in the job, but it was a pleasant experience. I was initially emailed very quickly after I applied online( literally within hours). I drove over to their San Jose office and had the interview in person. They had me take a little personality survey which was quick and easy. The interview was pleasant with the standard questions. I was given information about the position and then left. I was told I would be emailed to be told if I would go on to the next stage of interviewing.

A personality assessment was emailed to be completed before the first interview. Next was the initial screening Zoom call with manager discussing role. After that interview I was invited to a career opportunity group zoom interview. Then after that group zoom you meet back with the original hiring manager for the final interview and project presentation with the initial manager.

Question 1
Do you prefer working on a team or as an individual?
Was brief, mostly looking for a personality that matches the job and more so with your actual manager that you will be working with and not the entire company. Had about 3 different interviews and did some exercises that would show a little bit more about who I was and what kind of personal - not work related - experiences I had.

There isn’t much of an interview for this position. It’s honestly more of an opportunity for them to get you excited to join. There’s a reason 90% of new agents do not make it through their first year. It certainly isn’t undoable from my limited research but it feels very MLM in their organization.
