I was expecting to interview with two people; one of which was over 20 minutes late which I felt was inconsiderate. The entire process was unprofessional as the undertone was that the person this position supports is difficult to work for. I was a apprehensive about going to the interview after reading the company reviews, now I can confirm that this organization is not a good fit.
