I was referred by an employee. I did a video interview with HR, a series of assessments/games, and then did a video interview with a department manager. The process took about a month or more.

The interview process is a joke and Very unprofessional. Mika Liss is AWFUL. The reviews on her depict her so much so that I wish I would have read before wasting my time.

Group interview setting, so instead of informing the company what you have to offer for the role...you are having to compete with others which aren't even on the same caliber.

Fairly extensive process with a phone screening, solo video interview, an online skills test and multiple interviews with people who would be on your team.
At times uncomfortable due to the length it took for it to be finalised and also the solo interview was hard to gauge how you came across.
