Entretien
First yoy would have to go through a video interview, where you would have to use a webcam to answer the questions. After passing you wpuld be invited to visit the assessment center and would be given a case study to work on with a group. After the case study presentation, you would have to pass 2 rounds of interviews.
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.

30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

Entretien
It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
