and then an HR interview where we were asked situation based questions and general interview questions such as family background your goal questions related to the JD

Situation based question and a roleplay was done as to how would you convince the distributor to keep your products
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.

30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
